Compose Multiplatform and Kotlin Wasm

Compose Multiplatform for web leverages a Kotlin Wasm (Alpha) compile target which can be executed in the browser.

Wasm isn't supported yet, because of Spatial-K (kotlin library) lacking support. PR here.
